A. John Kalil, PhD, Corporate Development
For the past 34 years Dr. Kalil has been involved in many areas of psychological services in the Washington, D. C. area. His experience centers on facilitating communication and team building with groups and individuals. His coaching goals have attempted to approach situations in a non-threatening manner that allows clients to hear information and effectively resolve their own conflicts.  For two years after his doctoral education at Catholic University in Washington, D.C., he studied family systems at Georgetown University. Dr. Kalil hasincorporated a systems analytic approach into my work with corporations, courts, schools and private patients. From his practical and educational experience in these environs, he has become aware of the importance for understanding, tolerance and diversity. This has lead to openness of new ideas and creative thinking among his clients.

Dr. Kalil's training has incorporated a variety of areas over the years. These areas include conflict resolution, arbitration, mediation, assessments and corporate consulting. I have also initiated and implemented drug education and sex offender programs while consulting with the juvenile courts. Over the years, the principles and practices I have learned from these experiences has enabled me to refine an integral approach to solving problems that arise in all corporate cultures.
